Passenger cancellation
The passenger can cancel the ride. A cancellation fee may be charged if:

• the driver has accepted the ride

• the driver is near the pick-up location

• the driver has arrived at the scene

Driver cancellation
The driver can cancel the ride if:

• the passenger is not present

• the situation is unsafe

• pickup information incorrect

Excessive cancellation may result in account review.

No show
If the passenger does not arrive:

• the driver can cancel

• no-show fee may be charged

Cancellation fees
Any charges will be displayed in the app before confirmation.
